¿Igualdad de género?

Queridos lectores, estuve en una semana crucial para mi estancia es España. Cada año debo renovar mi visado (NIE) y estuve con los papeleos respectivos.
En mi Universidad existe el departamento de la carrera, que se encarga de gestionar diferentes trámites, entre ellos hacer cartas que acrediten que uno es estudiante de la Universidad.
En aquel departamento existen 5 personas que trabajan, que no puedo desacreditar su trabajo, pero que en repetidas ocasiones han lanzado comentarios poco propicios especialmente para los estudiantes extranjeros.
Diferentes organizaciones, gobiernos, entre otros están esforzándose para que la igualdad de géneros se aplique en diferentes ámbitos, hecho que me parece fantástico, porque considero que todos tenemos las mismas capacidades y oportunidades.
Pero considero que en aquel departamento que estaba explicando no existe tal, las 5 personas son funcionarias, y no hay ni un solo hombre trabajador. Hemos pasado del machismo cavernícola, al feminismo repugnante.
Además estas mujeres en especial 3 de ellas, tienen un comportamiento hostil con el alumnado y nunca se muestran serviciales y mucho menos amables. Tendrán muchas cosas que hacer al fin y al cabo es un trabajo que requiere mucha dedicación y esfuerzo, pero como tienen el poder están utilizando ese poder para avasallar a los alumnos y en especial los desprotegidos alumnos extranjeros.
Así que como podrán apreciar estuve lidiando con este cuartel de feministas poderosas para poder lograr una carta que me urgía.
Considero que la paridad entre el hombre y la mujer es un fenómeno que debe lograrse inmediatamente, pero todo en un marco de respeto y de equidad.

¿Gender Equality?
Dear readers, I was in a crucial week for my stay in Spain. Every year I have to renew my visa (NIE) and i was with the paperwork.
In my university there is a career department that manages various procedures, including letters to prove that you're a student of the University.
In that department there are 5 people working, I can not discredit his work, but have repeatedly launched some unfavorable comments especially for foreign students.
Different organizations, governments, and others are striving for gender equality is applied in various fields, made me think it's great, because I think we all have the same abilities and opportunities.
But I think in that department who was explaining the absence of such, the 5 people are civil servants, and there is not a single working man. We have gone from caveman machismo, feminism disgusting.
Besides these special women in 3 of them are hostile behavior with students and never shown much less helpful and friendly. Have many things to do after all is a job that requires dedication and effort, but since they have the power they are using that power to overwhelm students and foreign students especially vulnerable.
So as you can see I was dealing with this powerful feminist headquarters in order to achieve a letter that I needed.
I believe that equality between men and women is a phenomenon that must be achieved immediately, but all in a framework of respect and fairness.
